EDM

Electrical discharge machining (EDM), is a metal fabrication process whereby a desired shape is obtained by using electrical discharges (sparks). A Copper or Graphite Electrode in the desired shape is used to EDM the required shape into the steel job. EDM machining allows for high accuracy and is applicable for any conductive material.

Wire-Cut EDM

Detailed wire cutting can be achieved even in pre-hardened steel without additional heat treating, making the process energy efficient.

Our experienced team can help in design and development to produce precise prototypes that suit your needs allowing for low lead times and cost.
